Orders & Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal , as well as secure payment solutions offered by Shopify.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been validated?
Since our creations are printed on demand , every confirmed order is immediately put into production.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation.

Delivery

3. Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes. Spiryon collections can be delivered worldwide , including to French overseas territories (Réunion, Mayotte, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, etc.), depending on product and carrier availability.

4. What are the delivery times?
Delivery times generally vary from 3 to 20 working days depending on the destination and the chosen carrier.
Orders to French overseas departments and territories or certain international destinations may require additional time due to customs formalities.

5. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to track your package in real time.


Returns & Exchanges

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • Defective or incorrectly printed products can be claimed within 30 days of receipt (at our expense).

  • Products that are personalized or printed on demand are not eligible for the right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU).

  • Returns for change of mind or sizing error are not accepted.

7. How do I report a defective product or a lost package?
Send an email to spiryonfit@gmail.com by providing your order number and photos of the product .
For lost parcels, the claim must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date .

8. Are your products available in stock?
Spiryon creations are produced on demand . This method guarantees responsible manufacturing, without overproduction, and consistent quality.

9. Can the colors of the products vary?
Slight color differences may occur depending on the screen and printing process.
We do everything we can to ensure that the visuals accurately reflect the final product.
