General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern sales made on the Spiryon website (hereinafter "the Site"), published by Rémy LIGDAMIS – Spiryon.

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Spiryon to the customer.


3. Products

  • The products offered are described with the greatest possible precision (photos, descriptions, sizes, materials).

  • Spiryon creations are printed either DTG, DTF or Embroidered .

  • Images may show slight differences in color or finish depending on the screen or production.


4. Price

  • Prices are shown in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC) , excluding delivery charges.

  • Spiryon reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.


5. Order

  • All orders imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions .

  • The customer receives a confirmation email containing the details of their order.

  • Spiryon reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer.


6. Payment

  • Payments are secured via the solutions offered by Shopify (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • The order is validated only after payment confirmation.


7. Delivery

  • Spiryon delivers worldwide , including overseas territories (see the following link: https://spiryon.com/pages/expedition-et-delais) , depending on product and carrier availability.

  • Delivery times generally vary from 3 to 20 working days depending on the destination.

  • The indicated delivery times are estimates and may vary in the event of customs formalities or exceptional circumstances.

  • Delivery costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process.

  • In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.


8. Reception & Complaints

  • Any claim for incorrectly printed, damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

  • Any claim for lost parcel must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to production on demand, personalized products or products made according to customer specifications do not benefit from the right of withdrawal (art. 16(c) & (e) Directive 2011/83/EU).

  • Returns due to manufacturing errors or defects are covered at our expense.

  • Returns for change of mind or size exchange are not accepted.

  • Sealed products (e.g., masks) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Unclaimed packages or packages returned due to insufficient address may be donated to charity after 30 days, without refund.

  • Before returning any item, please contact: spiryonfit@gmail.com to receive Printful return instructions and address.


10. Responsibility

  • Spiryon cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the product or delays related to the carrier.

  • Customs formalities and any local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


11. Personal data

The information collected is necessary for processing the order.
They are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (GDPR compliant).
The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data via spiryonfit@gmail.com .


12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Spiryon website (trademarks, texts, images, graphics, logo) are protected by copyright.
Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.


13. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the head office.
