Returns and Refunds Policy
At Spiryon , every order is prepared with the utmost care.
However, if a problem arises, the following conditions apply.
1. Defective products or production error
Any claim regarding a misprinted, damaged or defective item must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Claims deemed to be an error on our part are handled at our expense (reprinting or refund).
To report a problem, please contact us via email at: spiryonfit@gmail.com by indicating the order number and photos of the product.
2. Lost packages
In the event of a package being lost in transit, a claim must be submitted within a maximum of 30 days after the estimated delivery date .
If the loss is confirmed by the carrier, a replacement or refund will be issued free of charge.
3. Incorrect address or unclaimed package

Insufficient or incorrect address : If the address provided is deemed insufficient by the carrier, the package will be returned to our logistics center.
The customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs after the address has been updated. -
Unclaimed parcels : Unclaimed parcels are returned to our logistics center.
The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Without instructions within 30 days, unclaimed packages may be donated to charity without refund.
4. Non-returnable products
For hygiene reasons, certain sealed items (e.g. masks, specific accessories) cannot be returned or refunded if they have been opened.
Any return containing this type of product will be disposed of without reshipment.
5. Voluntary size change or exchange
Apart from a defect or production error, size exchanges or returns for personal convenience (e.g., change of mind) are not accepted.
If you would like a different model or size, a new order will need to be placed at your expense.
6. Customized Products
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU,
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Sealed products that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Since most Spiryon creations are produced on demand, these provisions apply.
7. Return Procedure
Before returning any item, please contact us by email: spiryonfit@gmail.com to receive precise instructions.
Returns are sent directly to our logistics center (address provided after validation).
Any package returned without prior notification cannot be processed.
8. Reimbursement deadlines
If a refund is accepted, it will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days after receipt and verification of the product.
